Fantastic videos, clear and really enjoyable

What I have been searching for!!

I am only half way through these videos but love the Luna flows. I love connecting with the moon cycles each month and really moving my body in a way which has a lot more depth and connection with my soul. Love this series!! Thank you Jill xxx

Highly recommend!

I purchased access to this video series as a birthday present for myself shortly before the start of the
Flow into the New Year Challenge. It's now almost April and I'm still doing it nearly every day! I was drawn to this series as a way to reignite my love of yoga and to connect with my passion for astronomy. Jill is a wonderful instructor who brings her genuine, healing energy to each flow. I always appreciate it when she makes me laugh, too! I highly recommend if you're interested in yoga and astronomy, or if you're looking to build a routine that you'll actually want to follow.

Love this series

I was doing my yoga through the Peloton app, but I really felt it was missing something and was a bit uninspiring. These yoga series has that additional element that I was looking for. I love the tie-in to the astrological seasons/moons and the different ways the practice is modified to focus on certain key elements. Highly recommend this yoga series if you are looking for something a little more than a standard yoga class. =)

Great collection!

I’ve thought about ordering this for awhile to use in conjunction with the New Moon and Full Moon workbooks. When Jill launched the yoga challenge at the start of the year, I decided to go for it, knowing I would use these year around. I’ve really enjoyed incorporating these yoga practices into each day. It’s felt amazing for my body and has helped me be more cognizant of the moon’s transition and how this affects my life each day. Thanks for the challenge and this collection!
