Returns
Items that cannot be returned/refunded:
Sales are final for both digital and printed workbooks, as well as gift cards and downloadable software products. Sale items cannot be refunded or returned. All courses including the Call it In Program and Awaken to Your Purpose Program are final and cannot be canceled.
For all other products:
The customer has 30 calendar days to return an item or request a refund from the date the item was received. The item must be unused and in new condition to be eligible for a return. The item must be returned in the original packaging. To process a return, the item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
For Monthly Memberships to Programs:
The Monthly Circle Membership is a pay-as-you-go service. Members will be billed every month for up to 12 months unless they cancel their membership. Access to The Circle will be terminated if a payment expires or fails. Membership automatically stops after 12 months (subject to change after the first year of The Circle). Members can cancel their membership through ReCharge, or by contacting hello@spiritdaughter.com.
For Monthly Awaken Program Memberships:
Access to Awaken will be terminated if a payment expires or fails on our third attempt to charge. Members can modify their membership through ReCharge, or by contacting hello@spiritdaughter.com.
For Call It In Payment Plans:
Access to the Call It In Program will be terminated if a payment expires or fails on our third attempt to charge. Members can modify their membership through ReCharge, or by contacting hello@spiritdaughter.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@spiritdaughter.com and send your item to:

Gifts
Items that have been purchased as gifts, such as crystals or manifestation cards, can be returned with proof of purchase, either to the original method of payment or in the form of a gift card for the Spirit Daughter store.
Please note that sale items, workbooks, downloadable software products, Thinkific Courses & Full Circle Membership sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where the return item is sent from, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach the customer may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Other Products:
Any item that arrives to the customer damaged or missing parts will receive a refund on a case by case basis. Once a return is received and inspected, Spirit Daughter Customer Support will email the customer to notify them that the returned item has been received and will inform the customer of the approval or rejection of the requested refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If the customer hasn’t received a refund within 10 business days and the customer has received confirmation from Spirit Daughter that the refund was applied to their original payment method, please contact the payment method’s support center or bank to learn more about the status of a refund. If the customer has reached out to their bank and the bank has no documentation of the refund, please contact us at hello@spiritdaughter.com.
