Welcome to the final stretch of 2025! With just 10 days left in the year, we are entering a sacred window of completion and reflection. But this is not just the end of any year. Because 2026 is a 1 year in numerology, we are actually closing out an entire nine-year cycle. Think about that for a moment. The person you were nine years ago, the life you were living, the dreams you held, the challenges you faced. So much has changed. So much has been built, released, learned, and transformed.
This week, as we move from the Solstice into the quiet days between the holidays, the cosmos are inviting you to honor what you are completing. What cycles are ending in your life? What chapters are finally closing? What version of yourself are you ready to leave behind as you step into this powerful new beginning?

December Solstice | Sun enters Capricorn at 7:03 AM PT
We begin this week with one of the most sacred days of the year: the December Solstice. In the Northern Hemisphere, this is the Winter Solstice, the longest night and the moment when the light begins its return. It is a day to pause, go inward, and honor the darkness before welcoming the light back in.
We grow from darkness. This is one of the core messages of my upcoming book, and there is no better day to embody this truth than the Winter Solstice. Just as nature uses this longest night to prepare for the return of light, our darkest moments are not punishments—they are initiations. They are the fertile soil from which our greatest growth emerges.
As you honor this sacred darkness today, remember that every challenge you have faced in this nine-year cycle, every moment of uncertainty, every time you felt lost in the dark—those were not detours. They were exactly where you needed to be to become who you are now.
The Sun also enters Capricorn today, marking the official start of Capricorn Season. With both the Sun and Moon in Capricorn, there is a grounded, reflective energy available. Capricorn asks us to take stock of what we have built and what we want to build next. It rewards honesty, discipline, and commitment.
This is the perfect day to sit in stillness and reflect on the nine-year cycle that is completing. Where were you in 2017? Who were you? What seeds did you plant back then that have now fully grown? What are you ready to harvest and what are you ready to release?
