- I’m not a (insert astrological sign), can I still purchase the workbook?
Yes! The workbooks are for the Sun Season, New Moon and Full Moon. They are applicable to everyone, no matter what personal zodiac sign you are.
- Can I buy single issues?
Yes, you can purchase the workbooks by single issue with no commitments.
- How do the digital workbooks work?
You will be emailed a download link immediately after purchase. (Sometimes they do end up in Spam). Once you open the link, you need to save it to a third-party application, like iBooks or Dropbox. Once you have saved the Workbook, you can access it as many times as you like. (Please note that saving the workbooks is crucial as the download links do expire). You can also print these workbooks.
- How do the subscriptions work?
We offer monthly to both our printed and digital and yearly subscriptions to our digital workbooks (We no longer carry the Yearly Printed Workbook Subscription). Monthly subscriptions to our printed workbooks are charged and shipped on the 8th of every month. Monthly subscriptions to our digital workbooks are charged and emailed on the 15th of every month. Yearly subscriptions are a one time charge and digital workbooks are emailed on the 15th.
- Can I cancel anytime ?
You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time through logging into your customer portal. A link for this is sent via email when you subscribe. You can also cancel by emailing us at hello@spiritdaughter.com.
- Are subscriptions to the Season +New Moon Workbook separate from the Full Moon Workbook?
Yes, you need to subscribe to each workbook either separately or through the bundle product. They are shipped together though so you will only incur one shipping charge when subscribed to both workbooks.
- How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped out the same day if placed before 11am PT M-F. They are shipped next business day when placed after 11am PT or on weekend/holidays. Workbooks are shipped USPS. International orders take up to 2 weeks, occasionally longer with custom restraints.
