This is not an ordinary Full Moon. On the morning of September 26 at 9:49 AM PT, the Moon reaches its fullest light at 3 degrees Aries, landing right on top of Neptune, the planet of dreams, vision, and spiritual purpose. When the Moon meets Neptune this closely, it pulls that energy into your emotional body and asks you to feel it. Saturn is traveling through Aries too, still holding the story these two began in February when they met at 0 degrees Aries, a conjunction that only occurs once every thirty six years.

That meeting was dreams and discipline arriving together, and it left a question hanging over the whole year. What is the dream you are willing to become disciplined enough to fight for? Tonight, Neptune takes center stage and hands that question straight to your heart. Both Neptune and Saturn are retrograde, so all of this energy turns inward. This is not the Full Moon to announce your purpose or prove it to anyone. It is the Full Moon to go inside and feel it.

It arrives just days into Libra Season, when your attention is pulled toward partnership, balance, and other people. This Full Moon gives you permission to turn back toward yourself and ask what you want. Aries is the warrior of the zodiac, and it teaches that each of us is here on a mission that will keep calling until we pay attention to it. Pluto in Aquarius supports the whole night with a sextile to the Moon and a trine to the Sun, so whatever you release here can be released at its root, not simply trimmed at the top. Chiron in Aries meets the Moon as well, surfacing the old wound around your right to want what you want so it can become the source of your courage.

And the timing is perfect. Mars, the ruler of this Moon, has been traveling through Cancer where its fire has been muted and often frustrated. The very next day, September 27, Mars enters Leo and your fire comes roaring back. This Full Moon is the release valve right before the ignition. You clear what blocks your purpose under this moonlight, and the courage to pursue it returns the following morning.
