What I didn’t realize at first was that my second pregnancy had triggered something deeper. I watched other people (even past students) use my exact techniques and manifest their dreams while I sat there, blocked and frustrated. The tools that had built my empire were suddenly useless in my hands.
It took me years to connect the dots. Years of digging into my neuroscience background, experimenting, failing, and trying again. And then it clicked: Your nervous system is the foundation of your manifestation practice.
Once I understood this, everything changed. I rebuilt my practice from the ground up, starting with nervous system regulation. I learned how to create safety in my body first, then layer in the intention work and astrological timing. And when I did? The magic returned stronger than ever.
