The daily yoga flows and meditative practices included in this challenge help to balance areas of the body energetically, physically, and emotionally- all in alignment with the Moon.
This challenge includes:
- An explanation of the day’s focus in accordance with the moon
- How to stay energetically balanced with the current Moon Placement
- Yoga flow videos that align with the current lunar transit (each flow is between 40-60 mins)
- Audio meditations to take you deeper
- & daily affirmations to keep you grounded in the energy of the day
